Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods such as product drops or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Packaging & Handling
We understand that collectibles are important to our customers. All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, minor box imperfections may occur during transit and are not always avoidable.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items—additional fees, duties, and taxes may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has left our facility. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you with a resolution.
